Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation call where I can hear more about why you are seeking therapy, your goals, as well as if I can answer any questions you may have about my practice. If it seems like a good fit, we can move forward with paperwork and set up an intake appointment in which we dive into a deeper history and understanding of any presenting problem (s). We can discuss how frequently to meet, if any additional referrals need to be made, and what it would look like when therapy is successful for you. Looking forward to speaking !
